    Yes, this is still here, the same since June 12. I do see the fluorescent orange mark in the middle signifying it has been examined yet here it is. The other 3 on the wall were covered and thanks for that. Is there some problem with covering this one as well?

    A large amount of graffiti under the bridge/leading out to the wash that goes over the wash. Some pretty offensive language and symbols . This is on the side of Higley by the LDS church but under the bridge right there . It also seems to have evidence that kids are hanging out there drinking and smoking weed.
