Description

Overhanging street tree branches (3 adjacent oak trees) are drooping down to 3 feet above the sidewalk in some places, forcing pedestrians onto private property or into the bike lane to pass. Located at the east side of northbound Mandela Parkway, just north of 24th Street. 6/1/21 photos.
