Description

An apparently homeless mentally ill man whose name is Calvin Clarke for the past six years camps out next to my garage ALL DAY EVERY DAY, and will not move away. He regularly threatens me with violence, harasses me, throws trash on my property and even after two restraining orders requiring at least 300 yards distance from my house, he continues to harass and threaten me EVERY DAY. I'm a senior citizen home owner, intimated by and harassed by this man daily. Don't I have any rights? Make him move away from my house and stop harassing and threatening me!
