Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE21-0739, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
