P. Please describe the issue
R. The house on the corner of Hudson & Britton planted a flowering plant a few years ago. Every year it grows back larger than the year before in the spring/summer. (It dies off in the fall/winter.) This year it is so large that it's making it impossible to safely see oncoming traffic when turning from Hudson onto Britton.
