Description

Cars repeatedly speed down 42nd street, which is currently allocated as a slow street for pedestrian access. At least once a day I hear cars travelling down the 42nd street between West and Martin Luther King Jr. Way at greater than 40 miles per hour, since there are no traffic calming installations on this street. This is dangerous as this is a residential street.
