This is a constant issue at this intersection. This issue should remain open.
City, please ticket or tow these folks. No one has the right to impede the view at this intersection.
These cars (out of state plates no less) are often parked illegally for days at a time.

Parking is an issue because of Archie Moore's customers.. Out of state plates sound like neighbors who are ago in the same boat.
How about leaving neighborly notes instead of being passive aggressive children who are only trying to get their own neighbors

They are not Archie's customers. I've seen the same thing as well.
It is the same cars with out of state plates ignoring the signage and blocking the view when pulling on to Willow.
What's neighborly about that?
Maybe a tow would teach them a lesson. Perhaps they then might consider their neighbors and others who have to drive from Anderson on to Willow.

It's one thing on the opposite side of that corner since it's a one way but if you can't see past a car parked in this spot, you need to adjust your seat so you can see out your window. Didn't you learn in high school to confront people instead of tattling to the teacher.
Either way, that's not going to resolve the street parking issue for people who live ON Willow. Maybe you should let your irritation stop driving you to seek retribution on your neighbors and maybe focus that onto a proper parking plan.

Eastrockresident, this specific car in the photo has been MANY times parked on Willow completely blocking the view to the left.
Either way, no standing means no standing.
I've often walked several blocks from my parking spot to home. That's East Rock. There's just not enough parking. It sucks, but it doesn't give anyone the right to park wherever they please.
As for confronting people... No fear of that here--trust. But that's not really an option at 5am on the way to work. Nor is knocking on doors later to find out who owns the car.
City, write some tickets. Maybe that extra revenue will help pay for the overtime it will take to repave Willow!
