I live here and definitely have health concerns over this. It's unsanitary and especially unfortunate for our amazing security staff who have to sit in the stench for hours every day!

Multiple city agencies (Health, Engineering, etc.) working on the issue. Situation seems to be getting better with corrective actions taken.
