Holy Moly, I can't believe someone else reported this, but basically almost any stop sign crossing Santa Clara, Lincoln, Central, Etc. Cars just don't actually stop where they're suppose to. But I live closest to this intersection and it's safer to cross in the middle of the street when you see no cars than to depend on a car to stop at the line.
