If DPW refuses to pick up furniture, emptied TV case (2), tires that are piling up in front of a vacant building who is going to? Where is the supervisior of DPW does he ever ck up on his workers? Please, pay attention. Sorry St. Basils about your festival this weekend NC is trashed and no one cares.

driving around the streets and going home to do there own chores evey 2 hours and going to the bar hahhahahah we have them on 7th ave and we see them going home for 2 hours to do there own chores

There are now 5 tires on 6th ave furniture 2 tv cases. Grocery/deli stores loaded from corner to corner with garbage. Where is code? Where is DPW.
