No response and with winter coming this is going to be even more dangerous.

In the picture, the left side is around 3" raised, the right side around 1.5 to 2.

Still not fixed. Has heaved up even more now that it is cold.

This has been open for over a year. I've seen several trip and falls including a little girl that hit her head on the concrete (luckily was ok). It has gotten worse and is now about 5 to 6" raised on one side. The whole section of sidewalk is angled now.

The DPW has closed out this ticket and placed the sidewalk repair request in queue for evaluation and correct processing. Thank you for your patience. The DPW receives sidewalk requests city-wide, and when they are closed out here, they have been moved to a master processing point for evaluation, and assignment. They may be addressed in-house, through a contract, or in coordination with other work, such as stump removal. Thank you again!
