So, are we expected to continue to call Abandoned Autos???
(510) 777-8622 (abandoned vehicles on the public street after 3 days). Why is there no action by them as yet? Friends in the department, perhaps...

argument by judge that bans on these vehicles is discriminatory and unconstitutional;

we had friends stay overnight in their bus RV; one of them took a leak out back and the neighborhood response was inappropriately hostile toward the young people, as well as engaging the police. all it took was one person to talk with me, which occurred, but that didn't satisfy others. we knew it had more to do with judgement and hostility than someone peeing in the street in our neighborhood. all moralism aside, people who live in RV/Buses/ cars face harsh realities to find safety and peace for the night. I would agree that abandoned, junk or just empty resting and business vehicles is not good. when you turn in that residential vehicle, you do not know what the person is suffering health or economically, but know they likely can't handle legal problems nor do they have many safe alternatives. just food for thought.
