Though I have a lot of respect for those who are building at 362 Broadway, this really has gone on far too long now. Many of us on this block use Broadway Terrace and we would like to see it reopened as soon as possible. I also have a separate issue with Eversource and would also like to see the underground electric service restored not only for 362 Broadway but also for my building at 366 Broadway. The City needs to step in here and make the electrical restoration as well as the reopening of Broadway Terrace a reality.

The developer will be installing drainage structures on Broadway Terrace. Additionally, they will complete surface enhancements within Broadway Terrace, including new sidewalks and paving on Broadway. This work will start in a week or so and should be completed by October.
