I don't understand. Since when is a car that is non op, expired tags and dripping fluid in the street not an issue??? It's an environmental issue with the dripping fluids, it's illegal with the non registration, and a noise issue with whatever is going in with it when they do start it up and it's so loud the all car alarms in the area go off.

Thank you for reporting on the City of Corona's SEE CLICK FIX application. Parking Enforcement responded today and did speak to the owners about moving the vehicle and the 72-hour time frame. He did not find any other community care taking issues to legally remove this vehicle from the public city street.
