The front tire on driver’s side is flat. There is some car registration-related paper work left and visible on the dashboard. The name listed on the paper is YOUNG WILLIAM, 60 Parkview Terrance, San Pablo 94806. The model is Infinity and the license number is 8FNY350. VIN is JNKCV64E38M114584. It’s been sitting there over 2 weeks now.
