This team has had problems with equipment breakage in regards to motor graders that break and need repair and may have broken again and back in the shop. Why is the ticket closed if they have not done the work?
There are other alleys in my area being worked on. The alley west of Fauquier was just completely re graded and had fresh stone laid down last week. Mine is in much worse shape than that was.

gravel Alley not Asphalt alley

When a ticket is closed, does that mean it will not be worked on in the future?
This alley is part asphalt and part gravel. The gravel part in the northern half of the block is the worst, but there are potholes in the southern part as well. Much of the alley is overgrown as well.
