A black 55 gallon metal barrel, potential has haz-mat, has sat on this sidewalk for the last 4-5 months. I've reported this twice here, and left a message with the Fire rep who it was forwarded to.

What has to happen to get this gone? Put a tent and an Occupy Wall Street sign on it?

It's really easy to see from 23rd Avenue and Marin Way. City workers, make sure you grab lunch at the Sinaloa truck. If your keen, you can get a @#$% and a balloon on your way back to the City yard.

But seriously, get this thing gone before it gets tipped over and we have brake or tranny fluid running into the watershed and estuary. No, not that kind of tranny fluid.
