This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020939452) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly. Because of a longer amount of time that may be involved with this type request, updates or follow up can also be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000.

6/25/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020939452) noted as of 5/29/2014 that "THE STORM INLET WAS CLEANED AT THE REQUESTED LOCATION. THERE WAS MULCH IN THE INLET AND IN THE FLOW LINE. THIS WAS CAUSING THE DRAINING RESTRICTION.DATE-5/27/14 STAFF- RICHARDSON/GOLDEN. THIS LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 5/13/14" - case file closed -
