This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team (20020939452) so that proper inspection, consideration and handling can take place accordingly. THERE WAS MULCH IN THE INLET AND IN THE FLOW LINE. THIS WAS CAUSING THE DRAINING RESTRICTION.DATE-5/27/14 STAFF- RICHARDSON/GOLDEN. THIS LOCATION ON THE DATE OF 5/13/14" - case file closed -
