The occupants of this RV appear to be set up to make their permanent home on Shafter Ave@ 40th St. right alongside the Thunder Road youth drug treatment center., I am going to keep an eye on this one. If they are still there by this time next week, I will then request that Oakland Police investigate. The person you see in the background with the red shirt lives in that RV. They have already begun dumping their junk on the sidewalk as you can see.
