Description
Are masks going to be required for Malden public school students this year? If not, what options are going to be provided (i.e., remote learning) for those of us who wish to allow our children to safely pursue their right to an education without the risk of being placed for extended periods in proximity to the unmasked? I hope the answer is not to say that students can choose to wear masks. As I believe our city leaders know, masking is to protect others, not yourself.
We are getting no meaningful information from school officials, which is making responsible parents all over the city extremely anxious. The MPS website still has information for the 2020-21 school year. The 2021-2 school year starts in just a few days. Please provide some information.
