The Light for cars to cross San Pablo often does not turn green when traffic on San Pablo is stopped for red. It is often a cycle of 3 lights. Also, there should be a turning light arrow for cars turning left in the left turning lane onto San Pablo going west. Cars going across 27th and cars turning left often have accidents because turning cars do not understand there is on coming traffic because of the way the street jumps over to stay on 27th.
