this boat has been abandoned on Sutter Street at Overland Alley for over a month. it's an eye sore, has flat/destroyed tires, gathers trash, and prevents the street from being swept. this is the second or third time this abandoned vehicle has been reported but unfortunately no action has been taken. thank you for your attention.
