Thanks for your report. We monitored this intersection for several cycles and were unable to find this issue occurring. No green arrows should be running concurrently with a crosswalk that would conflict with it. However, motorists may turn across a crosswalk during a green "ball" after yielding to any pedestrians crossing. Please re-open this report if you see this happen again and we will investigate.
