Literally the WORST road I've ever driven on. Cracked my wheel and I would like a reimbursement for that as well

Utah state and Salt Lake City both are ignoring the issue and blaming the other. Leading this road to never be fixed nor cared for when notified. I have been constantly working on finding a solution to this to only be pushed around in both areas saying they are not in charge. Please work with each other to verify your boundaries.
