You forgot mention the illegal dumping the come's with these "campers". Never ending waste stream of garbage, litter and feces. The City of Oakland needs a major intervention to deal with this problem. I am tired of reporting them and cleaning up after them.

And the drugs. You've forgotten about the drugs, we've had someone's car get hit by someone buying drugs from this encampment, then run. And it's dangerous to walk back to your car alone after work when there are so many people in that area.
