This is advanced notice that the damp sidewalk area shown in this photo is where water settles fromthe uneven sidewalk lifted from adjacent curbside tree. Thi forms a thick ice patch that reforms quickly after removal during hard freeze weather due to daytime sunlight ice melt pooling back in the recesses created by the uneven sidewalk refreezing. This area where the lift is needs to be repaired. Thank you. s

This sidewalk continues to need to be leveled. The lift and sink created from the tree roots creates a thick ice patch as previously reported.
Please make the repairs to the lift and adjacent sidewalk cracks. Thank you.
