Description

A contractor for the city, Rosa‘s brothers (510 -534-1077) tore up the sidewalk in front of my house four weeks ago. Nothing has been done to repour concrete on the sidewalk they tore over up. The supervisor, Victor is waiting for the city to move forward and allow the company to finish pouring the concrete.

A. The city tore up the concrete in the sidewalk and left it unfinished.
