The bench is wobbling back and forth as the nuts that are supposed to secure it to the bolts that secure it into the ground are missing,

And the legs of the bench do not rest over the bolts anymore - when I mentioned it to the 29c bus driver he passed the buck saying it is a "CAT supervisor issue"
