The home owners are consistently run their water fountain on a daily basis and watering their lawn during the middle of the day and I do not believe they have a shut off-valve on the nozzle. Today the fountain has been running since early this morning and well into this evening. This is very wasteful, especially since our the shopping centers in Corona with fountains ex: The Crossings is following the conservation ordinance in the city and runs it only on Friday evenings and weekends.
