D. Please briefly describe the situation.
R. We previously reported this issue earlier this month (July), on see click fix the case number is 1175673, and thanks to see click fix we recieved a visit from somone from the water department and he inspected the area and told us we'd be in touch with someone. That was July 10th, 2014. We haven't recieved word since, we have called on July 23rd, 2014 as well as July 28th, 2014 and we were told both times that someone would be in touch. We would just like this issue with our property to be resolved and any further information is welcome.
