I wait to go because to many drivers think NO RIGHT ON RED is not for them If you took a right on red you would turn onto Willow St. NOT continue going straight on RT 4 Think about it City driving speed 30mph SLOW DOWN and if you can't tell the difference between RED & GREEN your COLOR BLIND
