Thanks for your response. Isn't there another type of lamp that can be used? I know you said an inspector came out to evaluate (i finally found my earlier communication), but did he/she come out at 4 a.m. to see that it's brighter than a full moon on a perfectly clear night? I appreciate your responses.

Unfortunately we don't have another light we can use. When we replaced it, we put a LED light in it.
