Are they ever going to finally pave congrees street? It's a bumpy mess all the way to the rte2 intersection.

WTF Troy? You've been poking along working on this area for forever.

It is due to all the construction in that area, for the safety of the workers, a No right on red sign has been posted.

Also, the comment about the paving. The city has not been working in this area forever, in fact, Aug. was when the 10 million route 2 improvement area began work. This includes new/higher power lines , new curbing and sidewalks, a new overlook for the postenkill gorge, and yes, repaving of that entire section from below prospect park to the route 2 turn right by Stewarts, be patient, progress takes time, but the end result will be very nice!

While I disagree about the original post, there should be right turn on red allowed during the construction that is taking place this summer.
