That's typical of New Haven though. Workers don't complete their work, supervisor's don't supervise. After almost every event or project there is equipment is left behind. Orange signs, sign stands, orange cones of every shape and size just laying around. NHDPW must have a huge budget, if they can throw this stuff away.
