I had an arborist come out to reevaluate my original request of removing this tree

It was determined that there is extensive rot within the tree and although it shows green it is very weak and will eventually die

It is large and my original concern would be if this tree falls it will be on to someone on the sidewalk or a parked/moving vehicle

One limb has broken already onto a parked vehicle damaging the vehicle

Please reevaluate the original request for removing this tree
