During the heavy rain the storm water run off from the construction site at 1404 Courtland Dr. is excessive. This needs to be addressed ASAP. The clay/dirt from the construction site is creating a huge mess.

During the last heavy rain there was heavy runoff of red clay silt from 1404 Courtland. The owner didn't stabilize the front and side yards where the soil had been heavily disturbed from excavation. This runoff and clay silt has discolored the street and settled into the driveway from Courtland to Yarborough Park town homes. This destabilized area is a major violation of the City of Raleigh and State sedimentation control Act where there should be serious violations. This runoff ended up in the storm water outlets in the street that ultimately ended up in our stream(s). Why didn't the City of Raleigh require the owner to stabilize this area to prevent future runoff of sedimentation and silt into/onto other private property? Discoloration is still evident today which shows the volume of runoff and amount of discoloration from the clay silt.

"Man up"? You're the one ratting out your neighbors anonymously instead of approaching them as a neighbor. Pretty passive-aggressive if you ask me.
Either way, I'm pretty sure you're wrong. There's always mud at the townhouses because that's the low spot in the road, and they're doing a lot of construction down there.
