The frame on the right side of the board-over window has been pried loose. This is the same storefront unit that was previously reported twice by separate individuals in the past couple of weeks for ROP issue as this unit is not zone for residential use and someone was indeed renting it to live in. The tenant seems to have vacated, but at some point in the past two week, he pried loose this window frame to gain access to the unit. The window frame is now gaping open by a couple of inches and could easily be pulled off entirely.
