Hi! Last night around 10:30PM while walking dogs, heard a rat rattling inside the trash barrel right by the short stairway along the Canal Park. Not sure what best to deal with this widespread rat issue around East Cambridge, but perhaps consider trash bins with rodent-safe lids, while doing all other mitigations? I guess reporting is important information to tackle this issue, and will continue doing so.
