The intersection of Friendship Chapel and Heritage Knoll is frequently block by construction trucks loading or uploading material for the side all the time.
18 wheelers park at Heritage Knoll (at early morning hrs) blocking the view of the intersection.
Also, construction trucks enter the Heritage Knoll neighborhood all the time without any care of the kids playing on the front yards. These had been happening since the construction side started.
