Description

There is consistent noise on and around Wake Street every single day...and for hours at a time. The music reaches FAR beyond 30 feet. Calling the noise complaint does absolutely nothing. There are elderly people living in this area and they are afraid to speak to the noisy neighbors. Please help.. no other options to stop the constant noise and music
