Dear Sir or Madam, the Virginia Avenue is becoming a racing track, cars and motos speeding a lot, we have a lot o kids and elderly, and the public around, ounce I asked my city council to request a speed bumper, but she said only in the hospitals is allowed.
Por the safely of the public, please change that rules, we need a speed bumper immediately.
