Between foot traffic all night long, fireworks all year and all night Having garbage haulers picking up garbage before 7 am adds to the issue of noise pollution

Issue acknowledged. I left a message for the operations section of Myers about this report. I will post their reply.
The police can ticket the driver of the vehicle violating the noise ordinance in residential neighborhoods if you call them while the incident is in progress. The police intervention first hand with the violator might have a bigger impact than the driver getting a message from operations.
We will let you know how Myers responds.
