splash pad near the tot lot at Danehy Park seems to be stuck on. it's been going for over 5 minutes

This is pretty clearly turned off now for the winter. Does the on/off button need service or replacement to prevent this? I'm happy to close this issue too if there's a plan to address the reliability of the fountain.
