Hi,
You should know that east of Lake Wheeler Road is not NCSU property. If you are sure that NCSU put a pile there you should call NCSU Facilities Department and complain about it. They shouldn't and probably did not put it there. It is more likely someone else's mess. I will try to ride by there tomorrow. Pictures are nice if you can get them and put them up here.

I am from NCSU, reporting the culvert under the green way path is blocked by foliage and runoff debris. We are requesting the culvert be cleared by the city because the blocked culvert is causing drainage to back up on our site.
