Northbound MVC traffic not visible to westbound 5400 S traffic making right turn to go Northbound on MVC. Vehicle making right turn onto MVC could be struck by Northbound MVC vehicle at high rate of speed. Install no right turn on red light sign at intersection until Northbound acceleration lane can be installed similar to one located at 3500 S and MVC North.
