Description

Once again, reporting homeless set up sleeping quarters on the public sidewalk against AT&T Telephone Company boxes and blocking public sidewalk. Large mattress, sofa, broken large glass window panes on the mattress among other debris. Need to remove this person and her/his belongings so we can walk the sidewalk and not have to go into the street.
