Descrição

Owner keeps chickens in back yard which are creating noise disturbances throughout the day. Chickens may not be properly cared for.
Owner has moved his back yard spaceinto the property behind the house, which he does not own.
Owner has illegal tenant, who cannot always use toilet facilities in the house due to unfixed plumbing issues.
Owner has tarps all over the back of his house which are unsightly and a possible safety issue.
