Anyone walking down the 1300 and 1400 blocks of Courtland will run into overhanging trees that whap you in the face and vegetation that has, in some cases, narrowed the sidewalk down to a footpath. Bushes and trees need to be trimmed back and the grass/weeds scraped off the sidewalks.
