This builder continues to test the patience of neighbors. From working after hours to mud in the street and now a Toilet blocking the walkway.
This neighborhood has young family's who push strollers to the elderly with walkers who use the sidewalks. Must they now walk in the road?

Why can the builder put his urinal and pot on the lawn or driveway of the new McMansion?
